On-Ground Auditions of The Voice of the Philippines actually started when 2012 TFC One Kapamilya Go event organized a special US audition for Filipino singers residing in Southern California. The first open call auditions were held on September 15, 2012 in Panorama City, Los Angeles while the second one took place on the following day at Santa Clara, California. Requirements and qualifications of the on-ground screening conducted within the Philippine territory was also applied on this 2-day international auditions. Successful applicants were given the chance to shine in the Blind Auditions which was filmed last month at the ABS-CBN compound.
