Boredom takes over your television when you notice that something is missing on your favorite show. This problem develops in any tv program over the course of time and I am telling you, the area of reality is not an exception. As for The Voice of the Philippines, fears and doubts that the hosting department might fail simply vanished when three amazing personas emerged from the shadows- Toni Gonzaga, Robi Domingo, and Alex Gonzaga. Looking back, a lot of rumors have sprouted with regards to who will do the main hosting stint in the local version of The Voice. Robi was presumed by many as the main host when he revealed in an interview his upcoming projects for 2013 which included the name of the franchise. On the other hand, Lea's inclusion as presenter was a random pick from the world of gossips. Eventually, the two proved to be mistaken identity cases when notable television host Toni Gonzaga was confirmed to host the show on February 8, 2013. Given such confirmation, fans concluded that Robi would be handling the social media portion of the franchise. Toni herself supported this theory when she revealed some details related to the upcoming program in a press interview last February 2013. We thought that the hosting pack was already complete but the 16th of April brought another wonderful surprise-- a bubbly lady whose name is Alex Gonzaga. The franchise was one of the projects offered to her and certainly one of the major factor why she returned to ABS-CBN.
