On February 10, 2013, online auditions for the show were announced via a tv teaser. It ran for 10 days only which started on Februay 9, 2013 and ended on the 19th of the same month. The procedure was simple. Contestants must upload their videos or give a video link wherein they sing an entire song without any background tracks or musical accompaniment. After uploading, hopefuls should undertake the registration by logging in to The Voice of the Philippines website at http://www.thevoice.abs-cbn.com, where they would submit their entries. Lucky online participants were notified and got a confirmation to join the blind auditions.
